The tenth part of the second session of the Ad Hoc Working Group on the Durban Platform for Enhanced Action (ADP 2-10) continued on Thursday, 3 September 2015, in Bonn, Germany. Delegates gathered in facilitated groups on: adaptation and loss and damage, technology development and transfer, mitigation, transparency of action and support, and timeframes and process in the morning; finance, preamble, implementation and compliance, and capacity building in the afternoon; and general/objective and workstream 2 (pre-2020 ambition) in the evening.
Throughout the day, informal meetings of the facilitated groups also took place, addressing: compliance (establishment); transparency of action and support (differentiation/flexibility); finance (sources); capacity building (pre-2020 milestones for capacity building); workstream 2 (technical examination process); mitigation (response measures, markets and land use/REDD, and differentiation); and adaptation and loss and damage (what countries do on adaptation - including communication, and what countries do on adaptation - support).

Delegates gathered in facilitated groups on: adaptation and loss and damage, technology development and transfer, finance, and transparency of action and support in the morning; mitigation, capacity building, finance, and timeframes in the afternoon; and procedural and institutional provisions and workstream 2 (pre-2020 ambition) in the evening.
Throughout the day, informal meetings of the facilitated groups also took place, addressing: procedural and institutional provisions; mitigation (differentiation); finance (notion of scale, scaling up and commitments/obligations/actions); preamble (consolidation of concepts); adaptation and loss and damage (global goal on adaptation/long-term vision for adaptation/collective efforts, and loss and damage); workstream 2 (technical examination process); and capacity building (enhancement of institutional arrangements for capacity building).
The ADP contact group convened for a stocktaking session in the evening.
