This video features highlights of the 56th Council meeting of the Global Environment Facility (GEF), which approved, in June 2019, a $865.9 million work program, the biggest in its history, plus $101.57 million for LDCF/SCCF.

This will benefit 91 nations, including 30 Least Developed Countries and 32 Small Island Developing States (SIDS). GEF is the premier public funder of action to protect and conserve the global environment.
