Mercury INC 1 convened for its second day on Tuesday, 8 June 2010, in Stockholm, Sweden.
During the morning, delegates had a preliminary discussion on the overall structure of a mercury instrument, based on three potential options: control measures plus annexes, convention plus protocols, and an umbrella agreement and annexes.
