Highlights for Thursday, 10 April 2008
On Thursday morning, participants engaged in two plenary panels on governance of marine areas beyond national jurisdiction and overarching cross-cutting issues. In the afternoon, participants heard reports from the concurrent dialogue sessions that took place on Tuesday and Wednesday. A closing ceremony was held before the field trip to Halong Bay.
