Issues Related to Inclusion of Other Chemicals: Draft decision on the option of holding a "mini-INC-11":
OPEN
ENDED COMPLIANCE WORKING GROUP
PREPARATIONS FOR COP-1: Non- Compliance:
At lunch delegates were invited
for a tour of the International Environment House (IEH) by the Geneva Environment Network (GEN). The IEH is host to more than 50 non-governmental (NGO), inter-governmental (IGO),
environmental and sustainable development organizations. The visit will
give the delegates an opportunity to see how organizations achieve
synergies by working together under one roof. Delegates heard
presentations by representatives from UNEP/Chemicals, Basel Convention,
UNITAR, CITES and ISSD. The event was coordinated by Sofie Flensborg of
GEN (photo below).
